Blogs We Like to Read
Here Julia writes about food, fitness, lifestyle and more and as the name of the blog suggests, it’s of course always about making things yourself. Consequently, you’ll find countless recipes and DIY instructions but also fitness and travel tips. We are particularly fond of the many delicious looking cakes that Julia posts, because baking is one of her great strengths. That’s why there’s also a separate category with instructions for beautifully arranged baking mixes in jars to give as gifts.
A Hamburg-based leisure blog with a very similar philosophy to ours. Blogger Nina and her friends write here about how to combine the apparent opposites of everyday life and adventure, and give indoor and outdoor tips with a focus on Hamburg and the surrounding area.
Frank, an enthusiastic Munich resident by choice, gives awesome tips here for excursions, daytrips, activities, restaurants, beer gardens and much more in and around Munich. There is even an own category Oktoberfest! And even for non-Bavarians there is a lot to discover here, e.g. recommendations for games, books, TV-shows or movies.
A DIY blog by Jutta and Maike, who indulge their passion for crafting, baking and cooking and have accumulated an impressive amount of recipes and crafting instructions. Also a great resource for ideas for homemade gifts.
